Harper's Hill is a small town north of Arkham that Arthur and John head to in order to find out more about Amanda Cummings after Arthur falls into a coma for a month. In Harper's Hill, Arthur managed to procure a new weapon and ID, as well as head to Amanda's House and discover the existence of The Island.
